On 22 October 2026, Rcalls took part in Mindstone AI meetup Turin: ButterflAI Effect at OGR Torino. With our CEO Gianmarco Brunetti among the speakers, the evening was an opportunity to present Rcalls and join a conversation about AI in everyday business processes.

Putting the process at the centre

For Rcalls, the starting point is a practical question: where does information get lost between a claim, the evidence that supports it and the action that follows?

A useful application of AI begins with understanding that workflow: who needs the information, what they need to decide and where a handover becomes difficult. That is the perspective we bring to our work.

Our ambition is straightforward: help teams find the information they need, understand the context and make the next step clearer. Discussing these questions alongside other companies and practitioners helps keep that ambition connected to the people who will use the technology.
